International Shipping:

Q: Do you ship to my country? 

Yes yes! We are happy to inform you that we ship worldwide from MALAYSIA. 

*Please be noted that we does not ship to Israel.*

Q: What are my shipping charges? 

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00

Express Shipping: Kindly refer to the EMS listing for the charges as the charges may vary for different countries. 

Q: What are my payment choices? 

Currently, we only accept payment via Paypal. We are using USD (US Dollar) as the transacted currency for all order. Therefore, you must have a Paypal account in order to place an order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. 

Q: When will my order be shipped? 

All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days once payment has been received.

Q: Which courier company do you use to ship my order? 

We offer Pos Malaysia as the carrier for all our shipments and all orders are tracked. 

Q: Which shipping address do you use to ship my order? 

We ship your packages according to the shipping address that you have entered in the shipping section during your checkout. 


Order Status: 

Q: Has my order been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with your package's tracking number.

Q: How do I track my package?

You can track your package (using the tracking number that we have provided in the notification email) in Pos Malaysia (Click) website or your local post office website under registered mail section. 

Q: How long does it takes to receive my package?

Delivery times vary greatly by country. Once the order has been shipped, it may take up to 7-15 business days for Standard Shipping and 3-5 business days for Express Shipping. This is beyond our control. Hence, we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Q: Is refund possible if I want to cancel my order after my payment?

We're sorry to let you know that, after you have made your payment, all sales are considered finalised and no refund will be given to you. 

Q: How do I use a coupon (promo/discount code)?

After adding items to your cart, click the 'Cart' which is located on the top left side of this page to view your cart. You may see a text box where you may enter your coupon code.

Q: Is refund possible if I have forgotten to key in a coupon code?

We're sorry to let you know that, after you have made your payment, all sales are considered finalised and no refund will be given to you if you did not key in a coupon code.
